December is when it starts to get cold (which I don't really like) and the weather changes.
December is when people start being more forgiving and cheerful because it's "the holidays".
December is when I start getting the urge to listen to Christmas music and go downtown to see Christmas lights at Temple Square.
December is when I get to shop for my friends and family, and I don't feel guilty about spending a lot of money.
December is when friends and family members come into town and I get to catch up with people I haven't seen in a while.
December is when Christmas lights shine off houses and sometimes you can see people's Christmas trees peeking through the windows!
I love December. I love snuggling up in bed and getting cozy.
On a side note: For Thanksgiving we got to visit my sister Megan in Hawaii! My entire family was there - including her sweet husband Steve, who surprised us all by getting his two week leave for Thanksgiving.
I didnt take many pictures - I wish I would have gotten one of the entire family together. But here are a few - I will add more soon!
